The special broker strengthens the credit insurance division
Mönchengladbach/Detmold. The Ecclesia Group, the largest German insurance broker for companies and institutions, is expanding its portfolio of special broker companies. It takes over the CFG Finance Group based in Mönchengladbach, a special broker for credit insurance and factoring. In addition, the CFG Finance Group has its own consulting unit in the area of financial structuring. The company has a staff of 23 employees and operates further offices in Mainz and Wedel.
With this acquisition, the Ecclesia Group is expanding its position in the market for credit insurances. "The CFG Finance Group will cooperate closely with our credit division, so that we can bundle know-how and provide our customers with even better service", explains Jochen Körner, Managing Director of Ecclesia Holding GmbH. Matthias Bühler, current Head of the Credit Division of the Ecclesia Group's industrial broker, will strengthen the management of the CFG Finance Group. Ulrich Gerards, former majority shareholder of the CFG Finance Group, adds: "The management is optimally positioned for the coming years with Matthias Bühler and the current Managing Director Jürgen Zimmermanns.
Matthias Bühler looks forward to working with the new colleagues: "I have known many of the CFG Finance Group team for a long time. It is an exciting task to further develop the credit division of the Ecclesia Group together with our new colleagues".
